- Operation of network and security solutions for our international customer in the beverage industry
- 2nd and 3rd level onsite and remote support for IT network & security solutions
- Executions of network configuration, design changes and maintenance activities
- Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers
- Operate change requests and tickets
- Analysis and rectification of faulty reports
Your background
- Professional knowledge of routing & switching (LAN, WAN, VPN, network analysis tools)
- Multiple years of experience with wireless and security products (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto & Meraki)
- Expertise in Voice & Collaboration (Cisco Callmanager, Cisco Expressway, WebEx Teams)
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot technical problems
- Excellent English language skills (basic German skills are big plus)
- Creativity in solution development and consistency in problem solving
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to work occasional weekends, after hours, and holidays
- Participation in on call rotation
- Willingness to learn and enjoy new technologies
- Good organizational skills and solid team player
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
